Shallot we? Shake Shack is thrilled to announce the return of its 100% vegan Crispy Shallot menu, just in time for Veganuary 2025. From 7 January until 3 March, the menu will be available at all UK Shacks and via online delivery.

A bespoke vegan patty by chef Neil Rankin with smoky vegan cheddar, beer-marinated crispy shallots, lettuce, and Dijonnaise sauce on a toasted potato bun. The vegan patty is made from roasted mushrooms and onion, miso, bulgur wheat, and a blend of spices.
