Rum Kitchen Brings Caribbean Flavour and Late-Night Energy to Camden

London’s annual Carnival celebrations may be a few months away, but North London’s spirited neighbourhood of Camden is permanently seeing in the Caribbean flavours and lively energy, with the opening of Rum Kitchen on Inverness Street. The new hotspot will revolve around music, rum, and authentic cooking at its core, in a format designed to carry through from early evening into the early hours.

To celebrate the opening, Rum Kitchen will be offering 50% off food during its soft launch period from 16th to 19th April, providing the perfect incentive for Camden crawlers to explore its exciting new menu in full. Here’s what there is to look forward to:

  • The vibe: Reggae, hip hop, dancehall and 90s tracks will play throughout the week, alongside DJs and live sets at the weekend.
  • The food: Bold, shareable dishes, from salt cod fritters and oxtail croquettes to coconut prawns, curried mutton and Jamaican fried chicken. A dedicated jerk section will serve up ribs, wings and boneless chicken.
  • The drinks: Rum is the obvious headliner, with cocktails like the Jamrock Punch and Rude Boy mixing Caribbean spirits with fruit and spice for the full rounded experience.

Rum Kitchen opens on 16th April, and can be found at 6 Inverness Street, Camden, London NW1. Find out more about the new opening right here.
