Rubicon is giving fast food a fruity makeover this September as it teams up with Sam’s Chicken to launch the UK’s first-ever Fast Fruit Shop in London.
For two days only, soft drinks brand Rubicon will take over a Sam’s Chicken restaurant in Harlesden, transforming the popular chicken shop into a tropical, fruit-filled pop-up complete with a limited-edition menu, DJs, prizes and free food.
Taking place on Friday 4 September and Saturday 5 September 2026, the Rubicon x Sam’s Chicken Fast Fruit Shop promises to put a colourful new spin on classic chicken shop favourites — and the best part is that entry and food will be completely free.
Rubicon And Sam’s Chicken Are Giving Fast Food A Fruity Makeover
The two-day London pop-up will see Rubicon bring its signature big fruit flavours to a specially created menu, with visitors able to try a selection of limited-edition dishes.
The exclusive Fast Fruit Shop menu will include:
- Cherry Jerk Mango Tostones Tacos
- Tropical Pineapple Loaded Fries
- Mango Fruit Churros
- A Rubicon Mango Fire Chicken Fillet Burger, offering a fruity twist on one of Sam’s Chicken’s classic favourites
There will also be complimentary cans of Rubicon Mango, Tropical and Cherry Burst available throughout the event.
Sam’s Chicken has been serving fried chicken and fast food to communities across the UK for decades, with the brand now operating more than 50 locations nationwide.
Expect DJs, Prizes And An Interactive Fruit Keyboard
It will not just be the menu getting the tropical treatment.
Visitors to the Fast Fruit Shop will also be able to try Rubicon’s interactive fruit keyboard, which turns real exotic fruits into musical instruments.
Alongside the interactive experience, the pop-up will feature DJs, exclusive Rubicon prizes and plenty of fruity entertainment throughout the two days.
