Luxury dining brand ROKA is gearing up for a major summer 2026 takeover, announcing the return of its most sought-after seasonal locations alongside a standout new opening. With expansions across Bodrum, Santorini, and Mallorca, the brand continues to cement its position as a key player in Europe’s luxury hospitality scene.
The latest rollout reinforces ROKA’s growing presence across the Mediterranean, tapping into some of the world’s most desirable resort destinations while elevating its signature dining experience.
ROKA Mykonos: A New Era for the Brand
The headline launch this season is ROKA Mykonos, opening on Paraga Beach and marking a significant evolution for the brand. Located in Mykonos, one of the world’s most vibrant summer hotspots, the new venue blends ROKA’s contemporary Japanese robatayaki cuisine with a full day-to-night lifestyle experience.
Guests can expect a seamless transition from relaxed poolside lounging to high-energy beachfront dining, all set against panoramic views of the Aegean Sea. The concept builds on the success of sister brand Zuma, introducing a more immersive, experience-led approach.
Sven Koch, CEO of Azumi Ltd, describes the opening as a turning point: the brand is moving beyond traditional dining into a multi-sensory offering that blends food, music and atmosphere into a cohesive, culturally relevant experience.
Santorini: Cliffside Dining Returns
ROKA’s iconic pop-up at Cavo Tagoo Santorini reopens on 15 May, bringing its signature flair back to one of the Mediterranean’s most picturesque settings.
Perched high above the caldera, the venue offers sweeping views of the Aegean Sea, making it an ideal destination for long lunches and sunset dinners. The return underscores ROKA’s ongoing presence in Santorini, a destination synonymous with luxury travel.
Bodrum: A Second Season of Coastal Energy
On 20 May, ROKA returns to Mandarin Oriental Bodrum for its second season. Set within one of Turkey’s most prestigious resorts, the restaurant focuses on an intimate, open-air dining experience centred around its signature robata grill.
The combination of sea breezes, glowing flames and coastal views creates a uniquely atmospheric setting that continues to draw global visitors to Bodrum.
Mallorca: A Fifth Year Favourite
ROKA’s Mallorca pop-up celebrates its fifth year at Cap Vermell Grand Hotel, reopening on 19 June. Nestled in a tranquil valley surrounded by olive trees, the alfresco venue offers a more relaxed yet refined take on the brand’s dining experience.
With inventive cocktails, live DJ sets and its signature robatayaki menu, the Mallorca location remains a staple of the island’s summer social scene in Mallorca.
Dubai Expansion Marks Middle East Growth
Looking beyond Europe, ROKA is also expanding its footprint in the Middle East. A new venue is set to open at Six Senses The Palm Dubai later this summer, marking the brand’s second location in Dubai.
This latest opening reflects ROKA’s continued global growth, offering an elevated and immersive take on its robatayaki concept tailored to the region’s luxury dining market.
A Defining Summer for ROKA
With high-profile returns, a landmark debut in Mykonos, and continued international expansion, ROKA’s summer 2026 strategy signals a clear evolution. The brand is no longer just about dining—it’s about creating destination-led experiences that blend cuisine, culture and atmosphere.
