Plant-based food brand, Gosh!, is inviting the public to reclaim their lunch breaks at its 37 Minute Lunch Club, with a vibrant and plant-powered menu to fuel the rest of the day. Offering a fresh take on the popular supper club concept, Gosh!’s lunch club is being brought to life following the launch of the G.O.S.H. Pledge, which calls on the public to commit to reclaiming their right to a lunch break each day, whether at home or in the office. The pledge is backed by Dietician and Nutritionist, Laura Tilt, who has identified 37 minutes as the ideal lunch break, ensuring there is enough time to eat well, move your body, and mentally reset.
Upon arrival at the lunch club, guests will take a seat at the Gosh! lunch club and order their choice of a nutritionist-approved lunch, from Falafel Wraps to Nourish Bowls, all powered by Gosh!’s best-selling range of falafels. The pop-up will shine a light on the importance of lunch and proper nourishment, and invites consumers to take time away from their busy days to enjoy a balanced meal. Guests will also be able to interact with others around the kitchen-style table giving them the chance to step away from their screens and out of the office and have a nourishing lunch.
