PRIMARK LAUNCHES BREAST CANCER AWARENESS COLLECTION WITH AFFORDABLE POST-SURGERY PRODUCTS

Primark has launched its 2026 Breast Cancer Awareness collection, introducing specialist post-surgery products alongside a campaign celebrating the importance of shared experiences, support and practical advice.

This October, Primark is putting support at the heart of its latest Breast Cancer Awareness campaign, bringing together a new collection designed to provide comfortable and affordable options for women affected by breast cancer.

The campaign, which launches on 1 October 2026, features the stories of four women affected by breast cancer and explores the small pieces of advice, practical recommendations and moments of support that can make a difference throughout diagnosis, treatment and recovery.

Alongside the collection, Primark has committed to donating more than £1 million to cancer charities across Europe and the US, including a £300,000 donation in the UK to Breast Cancer Now.

Primark Donates £300,000 to Breast Cancer Now

As part of its Breast Cancer Awareness campaign, Primark will donate £300,000 to Breast Cancer Now’s Someone Like Me programme.

Primark has supported the programme for the past four years. Someone Like Me connects people affected by breast cancer with a trained volunteer who has experienced something similar themselves.

The service provides an opportunity for people to ask questions, talk openly about their experiences or simply have someone there who understands what they are going through.

Zelda Burborough, who features in Primark’s campaign, highlighted the importance of having that personal connection during treatment.

“You are not alone. I found Breast Cancer Now’s Someone Like Me service really helped by matching me with a breast cancer survivor.”

Primark is also aiming to raise a further £1 million globally throughout October, with colleagues and customers encouraged to support its charity partners.

In the UK, customers will be able to make donations at till points in Primark stores between 1 and 25 October.

You can find support and information through Breast Cancer Now.

Affordable Post-Surgery Products

A major part of this year’s collection is Primark’s specialist post-surgery range, which has been developed in consultation with women who have been affected by breast cancer.

The range is designed to combine comfort and practicality while keeping specialist products affordable.

Available in selected Primark stores throughout the year, the collection includes a breast form priced at £6, designed to help create an even shape following breast surgery.

The lightweight foam breast form is designed to provide a comfortable, natural look and feel, with left and right options available in sizes S to XXL.

The range also includes a 2-pack of post-surgery breast pockets for £6. These can be clipped discreetly into existing bras, allowing customers to continue wearing their own favourite styles.

Made from soft cotton, the pockets are designed to be breathable and gentle against sensitive skin and are available in black and white, with left and right options.

Primark Makes Post-Surgery Bras VAT-Free

Primark is also making its specialist post-surgery bras more accessible in the UK by covering the VAT on the products.

The range includes bras with prosthesis pockets, wireless support and soft fabrics, as well as an £8 post-surgery support bra featuring a front closure designed to make dressing easier.

By covering the VAT itself, Primark says customers no longer need to claim the tax back independently.

For example, the post-surgery support bra previously had a VAT-inclusive selling price of £10 but will now be sold to customers for £8.

The post-surgery range starts at £6, with selected products available all year round.

Breast Cancer Awareness Collection Includes Everyday Essentials

Alongside its specialist products, Primark is launching a limited-edition collection of everyday fashion and lifestyle pieces for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

The collection features a soft colour palette of blush pink, chocolate brown and light grey, spanning underwear, nightwear, loungewear, knitwear, activewear, slippers, socks and self-care products.

Among the hero pieces are:

  • Jersey boyfriend pyjama set – £13
  • Pink relaxed wide-sleeve jumper – £16
  • Cinched-waist activewear jacket – £16
  • Activewear leggings – £11
  • Mocha wrap cardigan – £12
  • Water bottles – £6
  • Coffee cups – £5
  • Hydrating face masks – £1.50

The collection is intended to complement the specialist post-surgery range with comfortable everyday pieces that can be incorporated into customers’ existing wardrobes and routines.

Primark Campaign Celebrates the Power of Shared Experiences

This year’s campaign focuses on how women can support one another throughout the breast cancer journey, whether through practical advice, personal recommendations or simply being available to listen.

Ann Marie Cregan, Trading Director at Primark, said the retailer wanted to highlight those smaller moments of connection while ensuring the products themselves remained accessible.

The collection has been developed with input from women with first-hand experience of breast cancer, helping Primark understand what customers may need from specialist products during treatment and recovery.

The campaign also acknowledges the potential financial impact of a breast cancer diagnosis, with Primark highlighting its commitment to keeping its specialist range affordable.
