Prada Beauty is transforming Shoreditch this September with a huge hand-painted mural starring global ambassador Zendaya, celebrating the launch of Prada Paradoxe Sweet Chemistry Eau de Parfum.
London’s creative scene is getting a major dose of luxury beauty this month, as Prada Beauty takes over one of the capital’s most recognisable outdoor canvases with what the brand describes as Europe’s largest hand-painted mural.
Located at 112 Tabernacle Street in Shoreditch, the enormous artwork will be on display from Friday 11 September until Sunday 4 October 2026, bringing fashion, fragrance and contemporary art together in the heart of East London.
The mural has been created to celebrate Prada Paradoxe Sweet Chemistry Eau de Parfum, the latest evolution of Prada’s Paradoxe fragrance collection, and features global ambassador Zendaya at its centre.
Zendaya Takes Over Shoreditch
The new Prada Beauty installation draws inspiration from the brand’s latest campaign film, Never The Same, Always Myself, directed by Academy Award-winning filmmaker Barry Jenkins.
The campaign explores the idea of identity, self-expression and constant evolution, with Zendaya appearing in a cinematic moment where she encounters a hand-painted mural of herself.
Prada Beauty has now brought that surreal concept into the real world, recreating the moment on a monumental scale in London.
Rather than simply appearing on a traditional advertising billboard, Zendaya becomes part of a large-scale piece of public art, turning the streets of Shoreditch into an immersive extension of the fragrance campaign.
The result combines beauty, fashion, art and storytelling, while reflecting the creative energy for which Shoreditch is known.
A New Chapter for Prada Paradoxe
First introduced in 2022, Prada Paradoxe was created around the idea of embracing the many different sides of identity and femininity.
The fragrance’s central philosophy focuses on being able to evolve without losing a sense of self — celebrating someone who can change, experiment and move between different versions of themselves while remaining authentically who they are.
Prada describes the latest chapter, Paradoxe Sweet Chemistry, as a fresh interpretation of sweetness, introducing a fruitier dimension to the collection.
The fragrance combines contrasting qualities of comfort and radiance, as well as sharpness and softness, reflecting the wider Paradoxe idea of embracing contradictions rather than being restricted by them.
Prada’s official fragrance collection describes Sweet Chemistry as a fruity floral fragrance that reimagines sweetness through a contemporary balance of contrasting notes.
What Is Prada Paradoxe Sweet Chemistry?
At the heart of Prada Paradoxe Sweet Chemistry Eau de Parfum is a combination of fruity, floral and creamy accords.
The fragrance opens with a Blackcurrant Syrup Accord, followed by Orange Blossom Absolute, before settling into a creamy Neroli Milk Accord.
Together, the ingredients give the latest Paradoxe fragrance a distinctly fruitier and more gourmand-inspired character, while retaining the collection’s signature contrast between different olfactory sensations.
The new scent is designed for those who want fragrance to feel expressive rather than fixed — mirroring the campaign’s wider message of identity in perpetual evolution.
