PLENISH AND EMILY ENGLISH LAUNCH ‘STEP INTO WELLNESS’ MORNING WALK IN LONDON THIS JANUARY

January can be a challenging month for motivation, but Plenish drinks is encouraging Londoners to start 2026 on a positive note with the launch of its first-ever ‘Step Into Wellness’ community walk, hosted by Emily English, Chief Nutrition Officer at Plenish.

Taking place in Battersea Park, the free event blends gentle movement, expert wellness advice and community connection – offering a cosy yet energising way to embrace healthy rituals during the cold winter months.

A Morning of Movement, Mindfulness and Community

Set for Friday 23rd January 2026, Plenish’s Step Into Wellness walk invites attendees to gather early for a relaxed morning focused on accessibility and feel-good habits rather than intense fitness.

Guests will meet at 7.45am, warming up with complimentary hot drinks made using Plenish oat and almond m*lks, before heading off on a 30–45 minute guided walk around Battersea Park. Designed for all fitness levels, the walk places emphasis on consistency, fresh air and connection.

Participants will also receive an exclusive Plenish goodie bag, available on a first-come, first-served basis, packed with Plenish products and branded merchandise to help continue healthy habits beyond the event.

Emily English on the Power of Winter Wellness Rituals

The event brings together two of Emily English’s core wellness principles: daily walking and nourishment through simple, high-quality ingredients.

Emily, who is widely recognised for her practical approach to nutrition and habit-building, believes January is the perfect time to focus on small, sustainable changes rather than dramatic overhauls.

“In January many people feel the post-Christmas blues and the cold weather makes it much easier to stay inside,” says Emily English, Chief Nutrition Officer at Plenish.“I am a big believer in the power of the morning walk, and at this time of year, coming together as a community to get moving can help keep us accountable. Creating the perfect excuse to spend time with friends or meet like-minded people, the morning with Plenish will help us all take a step into wellness to kick off the year.”

Why Walking Is One of the Most Accessible Wellness Habits

Walking has become one of the most recommended wellness practices, praised for improving mental clarity, cardiovascular health and overall mood — particularly during winter months when energy levels often dip.

According to the NHS, regular walking can help reduce stress, improve sleep and support heart health, making it one of the most accessible forms of daily exercise for adults of all abilities – (NHS walking benefits).

By pairing this simple ritual with plant-based drinks made from 100% naturally sourced ingredients, Plenish continues its mission to make wellness feel achievable rather than overwhelming.

How to Join the Plenish ‘Step Into Wellness’ Walk

The event is free to attend, but spaces are limited and must be booked in advance.

Tickets are available via Eventbrite: Step Into Wellness with Plenish and Emily English.
