Perfect for a delicious, quick, and easy lunch as the weather turns cooler, the new range comes as nearly seven in ten (67%) Brits say they look for a hot lunch when the days grow shorter but nearly half (46%) aren’t able to find one that is convenient, great value and delivers on flavour.
To satisfy the nation’s lunch needs, Ginsters chefs have carefully crafted a selection of slices, pasties and bakes all bursting with comforting and well-loved flavours, including the Chicken Fajita Slice, BBQ Hunters Chicken Slice, Smoky Beef Chilli Pasty and Spicy Mexican Bean Bake.
A true winter warmer, the Limited-Edition Chicken Fajita Slice is a pastry-lovers take on a family favourite. With 100% British chicken cooked in a smoky sauce with sweet peppers and sliced onions, the slice offers all the components of a sizzling fajita but replaces the wrap with golden puff pastry topped with a paprika and parsley crumb.
Livening up lunchtime with a delicious and comforting British Pub classic, the new BBQ Hunters Chicken Slice, combines 100% British Chicken and streaky bacon in a smoky BBQ sauce with melted Westcountry mature cheese, all encased in a golden baked puff pastry.
Providing a smoky and spicy twist on the family favourite, the Smoky Beef Chilli Pasty is made with succulent 100% British Beef and kidney beans, combined with onion, tomato and red peppers, with oak smoked sea salt and a hint of chilli. All encased in golden baked puff pastry, this new warming recipe provides the perfect balance of smoky and spicy flavours for an autumn lunch.
Made with warming spices to tantalise tastebuds at lunchtime, the Spicy Mexican Bean Bake combines black and red kidney beans cooked in a richly spiced tomato sauce, with peppers, smoked cheese, and a hint of coriander. Evoking the aromas of Mexico, each golden pastry-wrapped mouthful bursts with Mexican flavours in every bite.

Available in supermarkets from 16 October, the Halloween Pasty can be enjoyed as the perfect treat to spice up your lunch.

With high quality ingredients including locally sourced potatoes, the Halloween Pasty is best served hot and can be ready after just 8 to 11 minutes in the air fryer at 170°C.
