Running throughout the summer, the initiative transforms PizzaExpress restaurants into destinations inspired by the energy of music festivals, while introducing a bold new limited-edition menu item and welcoming singer-songwriter Ella Eyre as the latest face of its Live Kitchen Sessions.
A New Festival-Inspired Pizza Arrives
Headlining the ExpressFest ’26 menu is the brand-new Chipotle Corn Palooza, available for a limited time in PizzaExpress restaurants across the UK.
The colourful pizza combines:
- Smoky chorizo
- Chicken
- Sweetcorn purée
- Mozzarella
- Roasted peppers
- Red onion
- Garlic oil
- Parsley
- Sauce Shop Chipotle & Lime Aioli
The result is a sweet, smoky and gently spicy pizza inspired by the flavours often found at summer festivals, designed to capture the vibrant feel of outdoor dining and live events.
Ella Eyre Joins the ExpressFest Line-Up
BRIT Award-winning singer Ella Eyre is joining the ExpressFest celebrations as the featured artist for August.
The musician has revealed that her favourite PizzaExpress order includes:

As part of the campaign, Ella Eyre will also perform at an exclusive intimate PizzaExpress gig, giving fans a chance to experience live music in a unique restaurant setting.
