PIZZAEXPRESS IS IN ITS TAYLOR ERA: WEMBLEY PIZZERIA CELEBRATES RETURN OF MUSIC ICON!

Before Taylor Swift says so long, London, PizzaExpress Wembley has renamed some of its iconic menu items in the singer’s honour, with fans able to enjoy their favourite pizzas with a Swift-inspired twist.

The menu, in ode to the starlet, includes:

• Miss American Hot: PizzaExpress’ iconic staple including spicy Pepperoni, and a choice of fiery peppers to turn up the heat,
• La Midnight Reine: the queen of pizzas, featuring the classic combination of ham, mushroom and black olives.
• LeggERA: for those in their pizza ERA who fancy something a little lighter during these warmer days.
• Calabrese – Mother’s Fave: On a rectangular base, with delightfully spicy ‘nduja and calabrese sausage, piled high with mouth-watering buffalo mozzarella and rocket to finish. Taylor herself is rumoured to be huge fan of this pizza. In fact, Ed Sheeran was quoted as stating “…she said it was the best pizza she’d ever had.”
• Duo (New) Romana(tics): Take your two favourite Classic or Romana recipes and enjoy them side by side on a Romana base

This limited edition version of the menu will remain available at Wembley PizzaExpress until the star’s final London show on 20^th August.

The iconic pizza brand is well-known for its deep and vast connection to music, with three live music venues in London, and a wealth of iconic superstars having graced the stage or surprised fans with pop-up performances in their venues – from McFly and Pixie Lott, to Amy Winehouse and Jamie Cullum.

Last night, PizzaExpress went all out to surprise fans once again with a pop-up performance from the renowned Voodoo Brass Brand, who have entertained PizzaExpress Live audiences many times. Voodoo paid homage to the Nashville star’s greatest hits, with jazz and funk-inspired covers of Swift’s biggest songs – including Love Story, Shake It Off and Cruel Summer – for fans to enjoy before the opening show of the singer’s final London run.
