Pepsi is turning one of summer’s favourite desserts into a fizzy new drinks experience with the launch of its brand-new Ice Cream Zero Sugar Flavour range. The latest collection introduces three bold new cola blends inspired by classic ice cream flavours — proving that ice cream is no longer just scooped, it’s officially sipped.
Launching exclusively in Tesco stores from 18 May, the new range includes Cherry & Vanilla Ice Cream Flavour, Raspberry Ripple Ice Cream Flavour and Salted Caramel Ice Cream Flavour. Cherry & Vanilla and Raspberry Ripple will then roll out nationwide from 14 July.

Pepsi’s New Ice Cream-Inspired Flavours Explained
The latest launch from Pepsi UK blends the brand’s iconic cola taste with creamy dessert-inspired flavours — all while remaining completely zero sugar.
The new trio includes:
Cherry & Vanilla Ice Cream Flavour
A sweet and creamy cola twist inspired by classic cherry ice cream desserts, delivering a smooth and indulgent taste.
Raspberry Ripple Ice Cream Flavour
Combining tangy raspberry notes with creamy vanilla-inspired flavours, this nostalgic blend recreates the feeling of a traditional raspberry ripple ice cream in drink form.
Salted Caramel Ice Cream Flavour
The boldest flavour of the range, mixing sweet caramel notes with a salty edge for a rich and refreshing summer drink.

Pepsi Targets Gen Z “Treat Culture”
According to Pepsi, the new drinks were created for a generation embracing “intentional treating” — celebrating life’s smaller wins and everyday moments.
Whether it’s finally replying to unread messages, finishing a long workday or sending that overdue email, Pepsi says modern treat culture is increasingly centred around small personal victories rather than big occasions.
Natalia Fillipociants, SVP and General Manager Europe International Beverages at PepsiCo, said:
“At Pepsi, we know it’s the small moments that can feel like a win and deserve something refreshing. Our new ice cream-inspired flavours are made to be a fun, zero-sugar summer treat that’s a little unexpected in the best way.”
She added:
“We hope people enjoy cracking one open, trying something different, and making it their go-to refreshment this summer.”
Following the Success of Pepsi Treats Range
The new flavours arrive as an expansion of Pepsi’s popular Treats range, which previously launched Strawberries & Cream and Cream Soda varieties that quickly gained attention on social media and among soft drink fans.
With nostalgic flavours continuing to dominate food and drink trends, Pepsi’s latest release taps directly into the growing demand for dessert-inspired beverages and limited-edition summer flavours.
