PAW Patrol fans are in for an action-packed summer as the beloved rescue pups arrive at two of the UK’s biggest family destinations ahead of the release of PAW PATROL: THE DINO MOVIE.
Launching in UK cinemas on 5 August, PAW PATROL: THE DINO MOVIE is being celebrated with a free family-friendly Dino Hunt Trail at Westfield White City on 1–2 August, alongside the opening of the UK’s first-ever World of PAW Patrol at Chessington World of Adventures.
Whether you’re searching for dinosaur clues in London or meeting Chase, Marshall and Skye at their brand-new permanent home, there’s plenty for families to enjoy this summer.
Free PAW Patrol Dino Hunt Comes to Westfield White City
Families visiting Westfield White City on 1 and 2 August can take part in a free interactive Dino Hunt Trail, transforming the shopping centre into a giant PAW Patrol adventure.
The trail begins at Hamleys, where young explorers will receive a special PAW Patrol activity booklet before setting off to uncover hidden clues across participating stores, including:
- Hamleys
- The Works
- Vue
- Primark
- The Entertainer
- O2
Each location features a hidden letter that helps players unlock a secret mystery word. Once completed, participants can submit their answer via WhippersnapperKids for the chance to win an exclusive PAW Patrol prize bundle.
Visitors should also remember to collect a commemorative sticker before beginning the trail.
Meet Chase, Marshall and Skye
As part of the weekend celebrations, some of Adventure Bay’s biggest heroes will also be appearing at Hamleys Westfield White City.
Fans will have the opportunity to meet their favourite PAW Patrol characters and take photos during scheduled appearances between 12:00pm and 4:30pm on both 1 and 2 August, with appearances taking place every hour for 30 minutes.
World of PAW Patrol Opens at Chessington World of Adventures
Just outside London, Chessington World of Adventures has officially opened the World of PAW Patrol, the UK’s first and only themed land dedicated to the globally popular preschool franchise.
The new £15 million attraction recreates the world of Adventure Bay across a 1.4-acre immersive experience featuring:
- A full-scale PAW Patrol Lookout Tower
- Character meet-and-greets
- Exclusive themed food
- PAW Patrol merchandise
- Family-friendly attractions
At the centre of the new land are four rides inspired by fan-favourite pups:
- Chase’s Mountain Mission
- Skye’s Helicopter Heroes
- Marshall’s Firetruck Rescue
- Zuma’s Hovercraft Adventure, the UK’s first “Drifter” ride
Entry to the World of PAW Patrol is included with a standard Chessington World of Adventures ticket, allowing guests to enjoy the theme park, zoo and SEA LIFE aquarium during the same visit.
PAW PATROL: THE DINO MOVIE Arrives This August
The summer celebrations lead into the release of PAW PATROL: THE DINO MOVIE, arriving exclusively in UK cinemas on 5 August.
The new animated adventure sees the PAW Patrol stranded on a mysterious tropical island populated by dinosaurs after their ship is caught in a violent storm.
There they meet Rex, a dinosaur expert who has been living on the island for years. When the pups’ long-time rival Mayor Humdinger triggers a volcanic eruption while attempting to exploit the island’s natural resources, the team must embark on their biggest rescue mission yet to save both the dinosaurs and the island.
The film has been awarded a U certificate, making it suitable for family audiences.
