PAPA JOHNS LAUNCHES NEW LOYALTY SCHEME

Papa Johns is excited to unveil its new and improved Papa Rewards Loyalty Scheme – a refreshed rewards program designed to bring more value to pizza lovers across the UK. Launching on February 10 2025, this program offers a streamlined way to earn points and redeem them effortlessly with ‘Papa Dough’, a flexible discount system.

Papa Dough is the heart of the new scheme – acting as in-store credit, Papa Dough, derived from the US slang for money, can be applied to all online or app orders at checkout, to give customers an instant discount on all menu items.

Key Highlights of New Loyalty Scheme:

  • Customers will now earn 1 point for every £1 spent online or via the app.
  • For every 20 points a customer earns, they will see these points automatically converted into £3 of Papa Dough. This means that for every £20 spent, a customer will automatically receive a discount to spend on their next purchase.
  • Current members will see a seamless transition, with their existing points being converted into the new Papa Dough system automatically. In the new system, customers will earn points at a rate 4 times higher than before and won’t have to wait to use their rewards.
  • As Papa Dough is applied automatically after earning 20 points, any order over £20 guarantees a discount on the next purchase.
  • Customers can add their accumulated Papa Dough discounts, in amounts of their choosing (increments of £1), to any order – applying the discount to pizzas, sides, desserts, and more, making it easier than ever to save on future orders.
  • Papa Dough can also be stacked with discounts from ongoing deals and promotions, maximising their savings without any additional effort.
