M&S is giving millions of Sparks members the chance to earn £10 back when they spend £50 or more on fashion this August Bank Holiday weekend.
With the final bank holiday of summer approaching and families preparing for the new school year, M&S is rewarding customers who are already shopping for school essentials, autumn wardrobe updates and everyday fashion.
From Thursday 27 August until Monday 31 August 2026, Sparks members who spend at least £50 on fashion will receive £10 directly into their Sparks Wallet.
The promotion covers fashion purchases across womenswear, menswear, kidswear, lingerie, shoes, accessories and jewellery, meaning shoppers can combine multiple purchases to reach the £50 threshold.
How to Earn £10 with M&S Sparks
Taking advantage of the offer is relatively straightforward.
Customers need to:
- Spend £50 or more on eligible fashion at M&S between 27 and 31 August.
- Shop either in-store or online.
- Scan their Sparks card when shopping in-store.
- Sign into their Sparks account when shopping online.
- Build up their £50 spend across multiple transactions during the promotional period.
Once eligible, the £10 reward will be added to their Sparks Wallet, although customers should note that the reward is subject to a 14-day pending period to allow for any returns.
New customers can also join Sparks and take advantage of the promotion, making the bank holiday weekend an opportunity to start earning rewards on future M&S purchases.

The timing of the promotion comes as families prepare for the new school year, traditionally one of the busiest shopping periods of the summer.
According to M&S, UK shoppers spend an average of £116.95 on school uniforms and supplies each year, with spending peaking around the August bank holiday weekend. Schoolwear also accounted for six of M&S’s ten bestselling products during the same period last year.
At the same time, attention is turning towards autumn fashion, with M&S research suggesting that almost three-quarters of UK adults purchase new clothing for the season ahead.
More than half of shoppers (53%) reportedly start thinking about refreshing their wardrobes before summer has even finished, with jumpers, coats, footwear and everyday layering pieces among the most popular purchases.

The Mid-Rise Barrel Jeans (£30) are also proving popular, with denim searches reportedly increasing across both womenswear and menswear.
For those looking to prepare for cooler temperatures, the Funnel Neck Slim Fit Cardigan with Wool (£26) offers an easy layering option.
