MOUR MARYLEBONE: NEW MEDITERRANEAN-INSPIRED RESTAURANT OPENING IN LONDON THIS JUNE!

A brand-new Mediterranean-inspired dining destination is coming to the heart of Marylebone this summer, as Mour officially opens its doors on Seymour Street this June.

Created by The Leonard Hotel in partnership with Emerald Hospitality Group, Mour promises to bring all-day Mediterranean dining, martini-led cocktails and elegant interiors to one of London’s most stylish neighbourhoods.

A New All-Day Dining Spot in Marylebone

Located inside a beautifully restored Georgian townhouse at 13 Seymour Street, Mour has been designed as a relaxed yet refined restaurant that transitions effortlessly from daytime lunches to late-evening dinners.

The 60-seat restaurant will also feature a 20-seat courtyard complete with a retractable roof, allowing guests to dine outdoors throughout the year.

According to founder Saachi Sehgal, the concept is centred around creating a welcoming atmosphere that feels more like a home than a formal restaurant.

“The longer lunches, the second bottle, the conversations that spill into the evening” are all part of the experience Mour hopes to deliver.

Mediterranean Flavours Meet British Produce

The menu at Mour will focus on seasonal British ingredients prepared with Mediterranean influences, offering a sharing-style dining experience built around fresh produce and bold flavours.

Guests can expect:

  • Freshly made pastas
  • Seasonal sharing plates
  • Responsibly sourced meats and fish
  • Mediterranean-inspired vegetable dishes
  • Signature martini-led cocktails
  • A curated Mediterranean-focused wine list

The restaurant aims to combine relaxed hospitality with elevated cooking, making it suitable for everything from casual lunches to special evening occasions.

Interiors Inspired by Tuscany and British Heritage

The interiors have been designed by Marta Gaset Studio, blending traditional British architecture with softer Tuscan-inspired touches.

Inside, diners will find double-height ceilings, marble accents, fireplaces, curated artwork and warm textures designed to create an inviting atmosphere.

Meanwhile, the outdoor courtyard has been designed as a calm Mediterranean-style retreat tucked away from the busy streets of central London.

A Personal Project for the Sehgal Family

Mour also marks a personal milestone for founder Saachi Sehgal and his sister Sienna, who grew up next door at The Leonard Hotel, a long-established fixture in Marylebone.

The restaurant’s name is inspired by Seymour Street while also reflecting the philosophy behind the venue — celebrating “more” from life, whether that’s longer dinners, shared bottles of wine or memorable conversations.

The opening represents a new chapter for The Leonard Hotel as it expands its hospitality offering with a more contemporary dining concept tailored to the evolving Marylebone food scene.
