LONDON TRANSPORT MUSEUM LAUNCHES ‘THE PANCAKE LINE’ IN COVENT GARDEN WITH A TRANSPORT-THEMED MENU!

The London Transport Museum has teamed up with hospitality partner Benugo to launch The Pancake Line, a brand-new menu inspired by London’s iconic transport network and engineering heritage.

Available now at the museum’s café in Covent Garden, the menu features three indulgent pancake creations with playful names inspired by famous transport pioneers and London landmarks. Designed to appeal to visitors of all ages, the new offering provides a sweet stop-off for families, tourists and Londoners exploring the capital.

Importantly, visitors do not need a museum ticket to enjoy the café, making The Pancake Line accessible to anyone visiting Covent Garden.

What’s on The Pancake Line Menu?

The new menu includes three signature pancake dishes, each priced at £10.50, with children’s portions available for £5.50.

Brunel Brownie Stack

Named after legendary Victorian engineer Isambard Kingdom Brunel, this indulgent stack features golden syrup pancakes served with Greek yoghurt, rich chocolate sauce and chunks of fudgy brownie.

Caramel Master

A sweet and salty creation combining golden syrup pancakes, Greek yoghurt, salted caramel sauce, salted popcorn and crunchy Biscoff crumb.

Piccadilly Mess

Inspired by one of London’s most famous Underground lines, this dessert-style stack includes golden syrup pancakes topped with Greek yoghurt, crushed meringue and blueberry compote.

A Family-Friendly Addition to Covent Garden

The Pancake Line has been created to complement a visit to the London Transport Museum, one of the capital’s most popular family attractions. Visitors can explore interactive galleries, discover the history of London’s transport system and then enjoy a themed dining experience in the museum café.

The transport-inspired menu celebrates London’s engineering achievements while adding a fun and accessible food offering for visitors looking for a treat during their day out.

No Ticket Required

One of the biggest draws of The Pancake Line is that the café remains open to the public without requiring entry to the museum itself. Whether you’re shopping in Covent Garden, sightseeing in central London or looking for a family-friendly dining option, the menu is available to everyone.
