IN A GALAXY FAR, FAR AWAY…GROGU CAFÉ OPENS IN LONDON AHEAD OF THE MANDALORIAN AND GROGU!

Fans of the galaxy far, far away were treated to a brand-new immersive experience this week as the Grogu Café officially opened its doors in London ahead of the highly anticipated release of Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu.

The free pop-up experience launched on 15 May and will run for one weekend only until 17 May, transforming East London into a must-visit destination for Star Wars lovers, foodies and content creators alike.

A Viral Star Wars Experience for UK Fans

The Grogu Café was designed as more than just a film promotion. Instead, the experience taps into the growing popularity of fandom-inspired dining events and highly Instagrammable pop-up spaces that blend entertainment, food and retail together.

Advance tickets for the event were reportedly snapped up within 24 hours of release, with additional same-day tickets continuing to be released daily at 9am through Disney Tickets UK.

Located at Kachette Annexe, the themed café features Grogu-inspired décor, curated photo opportunities and exclusive menu items inspired by the beloved Star Wars character often referred to by fans as “Baby Yoda”.

Exclusive Food and Drink Collaborations

The experience brings together several popular food and beverage brands to create a menu inspired by Grogu and the wider Star Wars universe.

Visitors can enjoy themed drinks and desserts from Bread Ahead, Bubble CiTea and PerfectTed, with matcha-led creations forming a central part of the menu.

Alongside the café experience, fans can also browse a dedicated retail installation featuring official Star Wars and Grogu merchandise from MINISO UK.

What Visitors Can Expect

The Grogu Café includes:

  • Grogu-themed immersive décor
  • Exclusive themed drinks and desserts
  • Interactive photo moments
  • Official Star Wars and Grogu merchandise
  • Social-first experiences designed for fans and creators

The pop-up arrives ahead of the theatrical release of The Mandalorian and Grogu, which is set to hit cinemas on 22 May.
