Football’s Ian Wright and Emma Hayes discuss their love of music and the role it has played in their life and career and being honoured at this year’s Legends of Football event. Now in to its 27th year, Legends of Football has brought together the words of music and football to honour some of the greatest names in the sport whilst raising £8.5m in vital funds for music therapy charity, Nordoff & Robbins. In the 40 min chat, Ian and Emma reveal their go-to karaoke tunes, Emma’s Vanilla Ice rap, their combined musician XI, the songs that get them up for a game and their favourite artists of all-time.
Legends of Football, in aid of Nordoff & Robbins Music Therapy, is to honour Arsenal and England hero Ian Wright and Chelsea Women FC manager, Emma Hayes later this year at a star-studded event at London’s Grosvenor House on 2nd October 2023.
