HONEST BURGERS LAUNCH THE BIG BACON: THEIR MOST INDULGENT SEASONAL SPECIAL YET

This autumn, Honest Burgers have unveiled their newest seasonal sensation — the Big Bacon, available nationwide until 17th November.

This mouth-watering special is a collaboration with Blackwell & Co, a family-run master butcher and curer from northern England renowned for their traditional craftsmanship and exceptional quality meats. Together, they’ve created what Honest is calling their “bacon-iest burger yet.”

The Big Bacon stars extra-thick British pork belly, seasoned with a French-style cure, smoked low and slow over oak and beech, and finished with a homemade maple syrup glaze. The result? A burger that’s rich, meaty, and just the right amount of sweet.

Stacked with double American cheese, confit garlic dijonnaise, white onion, and pickles (or lettuce and pickles for the fried chicken version), this burger is a flavour bomb built for indulgence.

Customers can choose from classic beef, fried chicken, or double smashed beef options — all served with Honest’s signature rosemary-salted chips for £15.95.

The Big Bacon marks another creative chapter in Honest Burgers’ long-running tradition of celebrating local suppliers and innovative seasonal collaborations, following the success of their past partnerships.
