GUINNESS OPEN GATE BREWERY LONDON OPENS TICKET SALES FOR TOURS AND DINING EXPERIENCES

Guinness has officially opened the gates to its long-awaited Guinness Open Gate Brewery London, releasing the first batch of tickets for tours and restaurant bookings. Fans can now secure their spots via opengatelondon.guinness.com, making them among the first to explore Guinness’ immersive new home in the heart of Covent Garden.

Explore the World of Guinness in Covent Garden

Led by Master Brewer Hollie Stephenson—formerly head of brewing at the Guinness Open Gate Brewery in Baltimore—the London site offers a deep dive into the brand’s craftsmanship and innovation. Guests can enjoy intimate tasting sessions featuring limited-edition craft brews, seasonal specials, and even low-alcohol options alongside Guinness’ core lineup of Lager, IPA, Pale Ale, and Porter.

The Open Gate Experience tour includes:

  • Step into the Pint – a 360-degree immersive story of Guinness’ legacy in Covent Garden

  • Exclusive Brewery Access – guided tours of the working micro-brewery

  • Brewer’s Room Tasting Experience – curated tastings with Hollie Stephenson

  • Pour Your Own Pint – a private bar experience mastering Guinness’ iconic “surge and settle” ritual

Tours begin 11th December 2025, running daily from Monday to Sunday, priced from £30 (off-peak) and £40 (peak).

A Premium Guinness Masterclass

Launching in February 2026, the Guinness Masterclass offers an elevated tasting journey through the stout’s storied history. Priced at £95, the masterclass runs once daily from Thursday to Saturday at 3 PM, featuring rare artefacts and exclusive brews.

Dining Experiences Curated by Chef Pip Lacey

The brewery’s culinary program is helmed by Executive Chef Pip Lacey (formerly of Hicce and Murano), alongside Signature Chef Calum Franklin, known for his legendary handmade pies. The two restaurants onsite showcase the best of British produce and seasonal ingredients:

Gilroy’s Loft

A rooftop restaurant with skyline views, named after iconic Guinness artist John Gilroy. The menu celebrates the British coast with fresh seafood such as native oysters, lobster, and line-caught fish, paired perfectly with a pint. Standout dishes include:

  • Palourde clams with beer, samphire, chilli & sea herb linguine

  • Grilled half native lobster with tomato & pine nut brown butter

The Porter’s Table

Inspired by Covent Garden’s historic porters, this space celebrates community dining through shared plates. Highlights include:

  • Guinness soda bread with butter & charcoal salt

  • Baked & grilled celeriac with Guinness dashi lion’s mane, pickled pear & spelt

  • Butcher’s skewers using underrated offcuts from whole-animal butchery

At the heart of the site lies Old Brewer’s Yard, a courtyard bar serving Calum Franklin’s handmade pies and exclusive on-site brews — no booking required.

How to Book
