Returning to shops nationwide from today, the vegan-friendly bake is the perfect treat for those taking on Veganuary, or for fans who simply want to enjoy a delicious plant-based option on the go. This tasty bake is packed with peppers, carrots, chickpeas, parsnips, potatoes, broccoli and sweetcorn, combined with a mouthwatering curry sauce for an extra kick.
