Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe has officially unveiled TEKKEN 8 Season 3, confirming the return of fan-favourite fighters Kunimitsu, Bob, and Roger Jr. during the TEKKEN WORLD TOUR FINALS 2025, held in Malmö, Sweden. The announcement capped off a huge weekend for the franchise, cementing TEKKEN 8’s position as one of the most competitive fighting games on the global esports stage.
Alongside the Season 3 reveal, DRX | LowHigh was crowned TEKKEN WORLD TOUR FINALS 2025 Champion, following an intense series of matches that showcased the highest level of professional play. The victory adds another major title to LowHigh’s decorated competitive career and sets the tone for the next era of TEKKEN esports.
What’s Coming in TEKKEN 8 Season 3
Launching in March 2026, TEKKEN 8 Season 3 will introduce a wide range of gameplay balance adjustments, aimed at refining combat flow and competitive integrity. A rank reset will also be implemented, giving players a fresh start as the new season begins.
The Season 3 Pass goes on sale 10 February 2026, offering access to all four upcoming characters, including 120 hours of early access per fighter. The first character, Kunimitsu, is set to arrive in Late Spring 2026, with the remaining characters rolling out later in the season.

Following the excitement of the 2025 Finals, TEKKEN WORLD TOUR 2026 has also been officially announced. The new competitive season will kick off in May 2026 at EVO Japan, before concluding with the final Master Event at Thaiger Uppercut 2026.
