FUJIFILM Corporation is excited to announce the launch of a global promotional collaboration between its iconic instax brand and the renowned online game, FINAL FANTASY XIV Online.
As part of the first phase of this unique collaboration, players will be able to experience an exclusive instax “Photograph” emote in FINAL FANTASY XIV Online, available now. This limited-edition emote mimics the act of capturing moments with an instax camera, featuring in-game characters performing actions that simulate taking photos.
Emotes are actions that characters use to express their emotions and intentions in the game. The instax collaboration “Photograph” emote consists of a series of actions performed by the character with a camera. It is not possible to actually take pictures in the game using this emote.
The second phase of the collaboration begins on 27th February 2025 and runs until 23rd March, with an exciting campaign hosted on X (formerly Twitter). Players can visit the campaign website to create digital instax prints from screenshots taken in FINAL FANTASY XIV Online. These prints can then be shared on X for a chance to win one of 10,000 exclusive in-game items that will enhance the FINAL FANTASY XIV Online experience.
