Fright Nights Return to Thorpe Park with Sinister Secrets Waiting to Be Confessed

Fright Nights return to Thorpe Park this October, bringing with them a darker, more immersive edge just in time for Halloween. Running from now until 2nd November between 10:00 and 21:00, the park has transformed into a haven for thrill-seekers and fear enthusiasts, against a backdrop of the sound of screams, music, and a generous dose of adrenaline.

Purgatory Town sits at the centre of this year’s Fright Nights, the all-new, speak-to-scare zone where the seven deadly sins take human form. Explorers are able to interact with its haunting residents, from the gluttonous Gravedigger to the greed-consumed Captain Wrecked, each desperate to share their cursed tales. The encounters unsettle and entertain, instilling an eerie intimacy amongst the screams and chaos from the rest of the park.

In keeping with the theme of sin and confession, Thorpe Park has launched a new Confession Line, a haunted hotline inviting the very bravest to unburden their guilty secrets. From harmless fibs to mischievous habits, callers are encouraged to confess their sins for the chance to win Fright Nights tickets. Eager callers can enter on 07593941762, where they can leave their secret along with their full name, email address and telephone number. The full T&Cs can be found at @thorpeparkofficial.

Elsewhere, familiar horrors return with fresh malice. Mawkin Meadow reopens its cursed gates, where the infamous Crows perch, watching patiently as they await their next victim. DeadBeat pulls guests into a feverish nightmare of a dancefloor turned trap, where music draws you in and never lets you go…

Trailers sees thrill-seekers pulled into a looping series of twisted films where nostalgia is warped into the terrifying fuel of nightmares, while Stitches reopens its factory doors, luring unsuspecting victims into the Toymaker’s lair where their creations eerily twitch to life. For those who have survived Lucifer’s Lair up until this point, Survival Games lays out one more challenge, trapping them into a blood-soaked labyrinth in a battle of nerve and instinct, where mercy is a luxury and escape is far from certain.

Entry to the mazes is available through the Fearsome Four package, starting from £70 including park entry, or from £36 when added to an existing booking, with One Shot tickets also available for entry to individual mazes. Those wishing to extend the horror can book a stay at the on-site Thorpe Shark Cabins, which includes breakfast, Fastrack access, and exclusive maze entry for an all-night immersion into the world of Fright Nights.

Beyond the scares, Thorpe Park remains a destination for pure exhilaration. Home to Hyperia, the UK’s tallest and fastest rollercoaster, the park is home to seven major rides, twisting through a combined height of more than 860 feet. Known for its 0-80mph launch of Stealth and the twists and turns of Nemesis Inferno, it has become a firm favourite day out for Brits across the nation. Alongside The Swarm, the nation’s first winged coaster, and the 85ft plunge of Tidal Wave, Fright Nights have become another key pull to the attraction, with brave adventurers always on the hunt for their next thrill.

Thorpe Park can be found at Staines Road, Chertsey, Surrey, KT16 8PN, and can be reached by car, by train from Waterloo in just 32 minutes, or by bus. Tickets for Thorpe Park Fright Nights 2025 are available online right here.
