Shocktober Fest returns to Tulleys Farm for the season, transforming the farm into a labyrinth of fear, suspense, and screams. Renowned for its twisted scare mazes, live performances, and thrilling entertainment, visitors are drawn into a world where shadows move and every corner hides an eerie surprise…
The Halloween festival’s 29th year is marked with a brand new terrifying addition to its lineup. Glitch plunges visitors into a digital nightmare, where every interaction in this high-tech world is unpredictable, and familiar technology becomes unsettlingly alien. Disorienting visuals and immersive illusions obscure the senses, creating a dark sense of terror that feels unnervingly real.
Beyond Glitch, Tulleys’ popular haunts return with a vengeance. Electrick Circus is led by Sparky the Clown and a procession of undead performers, in a chilling theatrical parade that never lets up. Award-winning Doom Town traps visitors in a past that refuses to stay buried, while Wastelands Penitentiary hands the keys to inmates and lets chaos run free. Haunted Hayride: Route 666 takes guests through Horrorwood Studios’ abandoned backlots, and Chop Shop awaits with a mechanic’s brutality and chainsaw-wielding maniacs.
Elsewhere, Hell-ements is sensory deprivation made elemental, sending visitors through total darkness. The long-running Creepy Cottage continues to haunt with decades of layered scares, while The Carving upends a family dinner into ritualistic terror when the clock strikes. Purgatory invites guests into Havistock Manor’s sinister history, and Coven of Thirteen absorbs visitors deep into witchcraft and malevolent intent.
Shocktober Fest is more than just its award-winning mazes, with live theatre and shows spread throughout the night. CarnEvil Cabaret blends burlesque, illusion and daring stunts, while the Wastelands Fire & Light Show delivers a 360-degree spectacle of flame and choreography. There’s also three stages that host live bands and resident DJs, and Poker’s Party runs as a 10pm street spectacle between mazes.
For those who crave raw adrenaline, there’s plenty of extra screams to ramp up the stakes. The X-LR8 flies brave guests high above the park, while Slingshot launches riders into the Autumn night sky. There’s a spinning Waltzer, axe throwing, and shock chairs for the extra brave, pushing Shocktober Fest well beyond its scare mazes and firmly into a full night spectacle. And with seasonal food and warming drinks available throughout the ground, visitors can remain fully charged and bracing themselves for their next encounter with the unknown.
Tulleys Farm can be found at Turners Hill Road, Crawley RH10 4PE. Shocktober Fest will run until 1st November, and you can secure your tickets right here.
