FRANKIE & BENNY’S PROUDLY ANNOUNCE THE LAUNCH OF THEIR BEST BURGER EVER!

Top Italian American restaurant Frankie & Benny’s has unveiled their BEST BURGER EVER! After six months of planning, development, testing and improving, the team of chefs lead by Executive Head Chef Ben (no relation to Benny) Keegans have created what they believe is perfection.

Ben and his chefs have always been proud of their burgers but for this Autumn’s new menu launch they believe they have cracked it – they have created the best Frankie & Benny’s burger ever with the best ever bun. How do we know this? Ben says so and he’s lovin’ it!

The new bun is now a soft, fluffy dough based on a Japanese bread recipe made using free range eggs with a dark glazed top, sprinkled with crunchy linseeds.

They say it’s what’s on the inside that counts too though, right? The beef burger has had a juicy tastelift. The melt in the mouth patties are all 100% Red Tractor certified British beef, which means animal welfare is a priority.

To finish off, the team have kept the dressing simple. Iceberg lettuce and mayonnaise – because as Ben says ‘it’s all about the burger’.

Have it as a Double Bacon Cheeseburger (two juicy beef burgers, delicious Monterey Jack cheese, mayo and lettuce) or the Classic Cheese (beef burger, Monterey Jack cheese, mayo and lettuce) both served with skin-on fries.

And they’ve also added a brand new burger to welcome to the fold – Frankie’s signature buttermilk chicken with herby, sweet Red French dressing – crispy on the outside, tender on the inside.

“My team and I have worked for months perfecting our burger and we believe we have created the best burger ever! We’ve always been proud of this dish but this one has the best British beef, the best bun and the best relish ever. It’s all about the burger and we think we’ve cracked it. Our pizzas, pasta, meatballs and ribs have always been fan favourites but the burger is the Crown Jewels which is why we wanted to make it even better. Ben and his team deconstructed the burger and ensured that every part of it was as perfect as possible. After months of taste testing the team have achieved our best burger ever and I can’t wait for our loyal customers to try it. Enjoy!”

The new and improved Autumn menu is about the best burger ever, a few new dishes and how the team of chefs have improved Frankie & Benny’s customer-favourite recipes.

The popular Frankie & Benny’s Hot Dog just got better and has moved from Pork to 100 per cent flavoursome Beef which is then grilled. Ben and his team have also changed the bun to a UK made softer brioche-like sweeter bread with a glaze.

Ever the perfectionists, they’ve gone back to their favourites with new tasty tweaks customers are sure to love. The meatballs are just as you know and love, but softer, with more Italian herbs and a touch of lemon to balance.

They’ve switched up the lasagne sauce to a traditional Bolognese recipe with layer upon layer of béchamel for a superior side profile. And the calzones are BACK. Crispy, crimped edges just waiting to be dipped, and stuffed with classic Frankie’s flavours. If you haven’t tried these yet, you know what to do (try them).

You’d better save room for a new decadent dessert – the Lemon Meringue. A lemony, citrus zing, topped with a high tower of gooey meringue with an egg white glaze and a delicious biscuit base. Get to know this one, you won’t regret it.

And to wash down all the new dishes Frankie & Benny’s have crafted crowd-pleasing cocktails just for the job. The Strawberry Daquiri, made to order and served with crushed ice and back by popular demand, the electrifying Purple Rain re-joins the cocktail line-up too.

The Frankie & Benny’s team are also working hard to reduce food waste and encourage all customers to ask for containers to take home any unfinished food.

They are also proud of their continued support of the Trussell Trust, a charity helping the UK’s largest network of food banks in the UK. For every Margherita pizza sold, 20p will be donated to the charity.
