From 7 September until 2 October 2026, diners visiting participating Frankie & Benny’s restaurants from Sunday to Friday can buy one qualifying main and get another for just £1, with the cheaper dish discounted as part of the promotion.
The offer is designed to make everything from family dinners and catch-ups with friends to midweek meals a little easier on the wallet.
Get a Second Main for Just £1
The promotion is pretty straightforward: order two qualifying mains from the à la carte menu, and the cheaper of the two will be reduced to just £1.
That means diners can tuck into their favourite Frankie & Benny’s dishes while spending less on the overall meal.
The offer is available for tables of up to 10 guests, with one voucher code able to be used across the table. Better still, customers don’t have to use the promotion just once during the entire campaign.
Once you’ve signed up and received your unique code, it can be used again on subsequent visits throughout the promotional period.
However, the promotion can only be redeemed once per visit.
How to Get the Frankie & Benny’s £1 Mains Deal
Getting the offer involves signing up through the official Frankie & Benny’s website before heading to a restaurant.
Customers will receive a unique voucher code, which they should tell their server they want to use when ordering. When it comes time to pay, diners should remind their server that they are redeeming the promotion.
The same code can then be used again during another eligible visit before the offer ends on 2 October 2026.

What’s Included in the £1 Offer?
The promotion applies to qualifying mains from the à la carte menu, but there are a few exclusions to be aware of.
In particular, Signature Grills & Classics dishes aren’t included in the promotion.
The cheaper of every two qualifying mains will be discounted to £1, while additional toppings or upgrades will still be charged separately.
The offer also can’t be combined with another Frankie & Benny’s promotion, set menu, voucher or discount.
And, unfortunately for anyone hoping to enjoy the deal from the comfort of their sofa, the promotion isn’t available for delivery, takeaway or click & collect.

The Frankie & Benny’s £1 mains offer runs from Sunday 7 September to Friday 2 October 2026, with participating restaurants offering the promotion from Sunday to Friday.
The deal is available at Frankie & Benny’s restaurants nationwide, although airport locations are excluded.
There are also some restaurant-specific restrictions on event days. The promotion may not be available at the following locations when events are taking place:

- London Wembley
- Sheffield Arena
- Sheffield Meadowhall
