Top Italian restaurant Frankie & Benny’s is celebrating World vegan month with a mouth watering deal – Biff’s iconic BBQ Wingz for just £1! World Vegan Day on Wednesday, November 1, marked the start of World Vegan Month.
It’s an opportunity for vegans to celebrate their lifestyle and for other people to give a plant-based diet a go. And no one creates delicious plant-based food like Biff’s who have been committed to creating delicious vegan dishes since 2017 with their classic jackfruit Wingz a cult favourite.
World Vegan Month is dedicated to enjoying more plant based dishes and Frankie & Benny’s are encouraging more people to try their wide range of vegan dishes. The plant based Biff’s BBQ Wingz, delicious crispy jackfruit served with a BBQ sauce, chillies and vegan mayo, are already one of the most popular vegan options at the Italian restaurant and during November people can come in and try the Wingz every Monday for just £1.
Frankie & Benny’s, known for their delicious burgers, pasta and pizza, want to showcase their vegan dishes and prove that anyone can enjoy delicious, flavoursome food that is both easy and incredibly satisfying, using just plants without any need for meat or dairy.

World Vegan Day was founded by Louise Wallis of the Vegan Society in 1994 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of her group. The society was founded in November 1944 by Donald Watson and five other non-dairy vegetarians, as they were known at the time. They came up with the word “vegan” to describe people who do not eat animal products of any kind.
