Inspired by the hugely popular F1 75 Live season opener at London’s O2 Arena, which attracted over 7.5 million viewers across F1’s social media channels, Grid Gigs will bring live performances from world-renowned artists to racetracks around the globe. There’s no better place to kick things off than Austin, Texas—a city celebrated as the live music capital of the world. The inaugural performance will feature Drake Milligan, the Texas-born country star behind hits like “Sounds Like Something I’d Do,” “Honky Tonkin’ About” (with The Reklaws), and “I Got a Problem.”
Milligan’s blend of classic country roots and modern flair has earned him a spot among the genre’s brightest rising talents. His set will fire up the crowd on the Circuit of The Americas grid, moments before F1 drivers head out for formation laps.
