Foot Locker Europe unveils the latest and exclusive Nike TN Shark, a sneaker that pays tribute to its iconic inspiration, “the shark”. While officially known as the TN, this unique sneaker has long carried the name “the shark” by sneakerheads. From school to the world of work, its bold design has captivated enthusiasts, enhancing their style with each step.
With a commitment to preserving the history of the TN, the TN Shark artfully blends elements from successful past styles with modern touches. In ocean blue, the sneakers feature patterns reminiscent of sunlight reflecting on the water’s surface. Blood-red accents on the side swoosh and sole emphasize the sneakers “animal” aesthetic, while the laces transition from black to red, symbolizing its roots as a street predator.
To support the Nike TN Shark launch, Foot Locker has teamed up with an emerging artist and French rap novice of the year, Jolagreen23, whose unique style and creativity perfectly embodies the essence of the sneakers. To celebrate this partnership, Jolagreen23 participated in a captivating underwater photoshoot, immersing himself in a pool to showcase the new sneakers. Through this creative process, Foot Locker brings the concept of “the shark” to life, showcasing the sneakers in their “natural element”. Produced by a team of French creatives – including multidisciplinary photographer Aylas, director and CGI specialist Nolann Blettner, and the production team at VANTA – this campaign is intended to be immersive yet with a refined visual aesthetic, mirroring the style characteristic of the rapper’s projects.
This latest addition in the iconic TN collection highlights the deep connection between Foot Locker and the footwear. In fact, in recent years, the brand has launched exclusive models to celebrate significant milestones, including a special edition for the TN’s 25th anniversary, a series of sneakers inspired by European cities such as Naples, and a commemorative pair for Foot Locker’s 50th anniversary in September.
From 7th November, the Nike TN Shark will be available throughout Europe, for an RRP of £184.99.
