APPETITE TREATS FOODIES TO EXCLUSIVE BENEFITS FROM LONDON’S HOTTEST TABLES

With the January blues in full swing, the social-led restaurant discovery and booking app, Appetite has come to the rescue with the launch of Appetite Treats.  A guaranteed foodie mood booster, the new feature unlocks access to an array of desirable, unique and exclusive gourmet treats at select London restaurants when booking via Appetite.

Designed to make the joy of eating out even more special, Treats will change monthly, with the promise of a rotation of the very best culinary benefits from the capital’s hottest restaurants – a reward for simply choosing the Appetite app to book a table when eating out.

“After the highs of the festive season, the start of the year can start low and there’s no better way to lift spirits than by keeping the season of joy and giving going with a treat. This is with the added bonus that we’ll be offering Appetite Treats not just in January, but all-year round.”

James Green, co-founder, Appetite

All Treats have been handpicked by the Appetite team of food lovers to delight even the most hardened epicureans.  Expect Treats to include welcome cocktails, signature and secret-off menu dishes as well as invitations to soft launches and exclusive events, and more.

Throughout January gourmands can enjoy Treats on-the-house for themselves as well as their guests, from some of London’s most talked-about spots, including:

  • Miznon, Soho and Notting Hill – One world famous cauliflower: a whole roasted cauliflower, melted into its own crown, between two when you spend £20

  • Kapara, Soho – Spiced butternut squash hummus with pita for two, plus one alcoholic or non-alcoholic Gazoz cocktail each with any meal

  • Bar Douro, City – A refreshing glass of Bar Douro’s signature white port and tonic made with Churchill’s Dry White Port, Fever Tree Indian Tonic, orange and mint on arrival. One per diner

  • Broken Eggs, Soho – A classic Spanish dessert: churros con chocolate to end the meal, for each person dining

  • Crudo, Seven Dials – Crispy pork belly Chicharron with sweet and spicy Rocoto jam and Panca chilli powder, to share between two

  • Cornus, Belgravia – A glass of house champagne or cocktail on arrival per diner

  • Bala Baya, Southwark – Cauliflower crumble for two, plus one alcoholic or non-alcoholic Gazoz cocktail each with any meal.

“Whether it’s a glass of Champagne to toast a new job, or a slice of cake to celebrate a birthday, the small gesture of a treat on-the-house has always been an essential part of the dining experience – turning an ordinary meal into a memorable one. With the launch of Appetite Treats, we’ve just updated it for the digital age. So, now you don’t have to wait for a special occasion – you can treat yourself and your friends every time you eat out.”

Appetite Treats is available now on the Appetite app, which can be downloaded from the App Store and Google Play.
