FIRE & FROMAGE RETURNS TO THE SOUTH BANK

Fire & Fromage, Jimmy Garcia’s raclette pop up at London’s iconic South Bank, is back from Thursday 31st October. It’s the ultimate cheesy (pun intended!) winter experience.

Get cosy at the Fire & Fromage Alpine pop up this Autumn and Winter. The aroma of mulled wine and melted cheese, along with crackling fire pits and twinkling fairy lights are an irresistible combination.
Hunker down in a weather-proof cabana and indulge in Jimmy Garcia’s ultimate raclette, cut fresh off the block and served with new potatoes, in-house freshly baked bread, salad and cornichons. This is followed by mini chocolate doughnuts and hot chocolate with marshmallows and cream. It’s all you can eat for 90 minutes at just £35!
Or gather your pals round the roaring fire pits and sample the Fire & Fromage street food menu. The Raclette Burger features a moreish confit garlic emulsion and of course, melty raclette cheese. The Alpine favourite, the Schnitzel, has been transformed into a delicious burger with a lemon & rosemary chicken schnitzel, mulled cranberry sauce and a honey mustard dressing. Jimmy Garcia’s ingenious Pigs in Blankets Hotdog is filled to the brim with sausage, bacon, caramelised pecan slaw, red cabbage, apple sauce and crispy onions. Vegan options are available. And you can’t have a fire without marshmallows… toast your own to finish off your feast.
A tipple or two will keep you toasty, with mulled cider, mulled wine and boozy hot chocolates complete with whipped cream and marshmallows on offer.
Fire & Fromage’s menus are carefully curated by Jimmy Garcia and inspired by his own Alpine experience. Jimmy ran ski chalets in the Alps delighting guests with delicious food after their days on the slopes. Fire & Fromage brings that same comforting Alpine hospitality to the South Bank.
