EE is teaming up with Samsung to help Brits make the most of their smart devices with free AI masterclasses at the EE Studio in Westfield White City. This initiative comes as research reveals that only 28% of people feel confident using AI tools in daily life, highlighting a growing demand for hands-on guidance.
The AI training sessions are open to everyone and run daily until 5th April 2026. Delivered in small groups of up to eight, participants will explore the Galaxy AI platform on the new Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra for practical tasks such as photography, note-taking, translation, and online research. The sessions also cover essential tips for staying safe online.
Annika Bizon, Vice President of Product and Marketing for Mobile Experience at Samsung UK & Ireland, added:“AI has huge potential to enhance our everyday lives, but without guidance, it’s easy to miss out on its full capabilities. We are proud to partner with EE to empower people to use AI safely and confidently, thanks to guidance from Samsung and EE experts.”
Each 20-minute session is led by Samsung specialists, offering personalised support and demonstrations of the Galaxy AI’s capabilities. Attendees will also receive a £100 voucher to spend on tech purchases of £150 or more at EE, meaning a Samsung Tab A11 Plus could be snapped up for just £99.
With Easter approaching, the sessions will also explore creative uses of AI. Participants can take photos, enhance them with Galaxy AI, and decorate them with seasonal motifs like blooming tulips, bunnies, and pastel designs—perfect for unique digital greeting cards.
