Running from 2–7 December, the WhatsApp hotline is designed to take the stress out of seasonal expectations. Instead of forcing yourself to say yes to every party invite, tradition, or family plan, Alan Carr will be on hand to deliver the messages you never quite manage to say out loud.

According to new research from Deliveroo, 85% of Brits put other people’s Christmas wishes above their own. Meanwhile, 60% admit they avoid being honest about holiday plans to protect others’ feelings. No wonder almost half say their Christmas would be better if they could simply do what they want.
