CORD has announced they are hosting an exclusive Gosset Champagne tasting on Monday 18th November, accompanied by a meticulously crafted three-course dinner. The evening will be led by Philippe Antony, Gosset’s brand ambassador, representing the oldest wine house in Champagne, which has been crafting premium Champagnes since 1584.
Executive Chef Karl O’Dell, formerly of the Michelin-starred Pétrus by Gordon Ramsay and the acclaimed Texture restaurant, has designed a menu that perfectly aligns with the nuances of the Champagnes. Guests will start with an amuse bouche of Aged Comte Gougeres & Crab and squid rolls with a glass of Gosset Grande Réserve Brut NV, followed by dishes like Cornish Halibut with White Bean Cassoulet and a sumptuous Black Fig Tart, all harmonised to highlight the unique profiles of the Champagnes.
