Coppa Club Opens New London Bridge Flagship with Iconic Riverside Views and All-Day Dining

Coppa Club has opened the doors to its newest London venue, bringing its all-day dining, drinks, and riverside atmosphere to London Bridge. Sitting directly across the Thames from its famous Tower Bridge location, the new flagship delivers sweeping views of the river, Tower Bridge itself, and the City skyline, with a menu full of crowd favourites that are exceptionally well executed. Along with its expansive terrace, stylish interiors, and even resident DJ nights, this is one opening that should be on every Londoner’s radar.

Spread across two floors, Coppa Club London Bridge is as much a restaurant as it is an all-day bar, a workspace, and a spot for admiring the sights, opening from 9am for everything from a morning latte and breakfast to lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, and late drinks.

The space is polished but comfortable, with a striking central bar and soft lighting perfect for setting up camp to enjoy the setting – with the wraparound riverside terrace a real draw when the sun comes out. Thursdays and Fridays bring After Hours, with resident DJs from 4.30pm to 11pm providing the soundtrack to the start of the weekend as the Thames and City skyline shift from golden hour into night.

The food menu incorporates a range of popular dishes across grills, pizzas, pastas, and salads – all with a Coppa Club upgrade. The Honey Fried Sesame Chicken with honey & soy sauce is a fantastic place to start, along with the coriander and lime-topped Salt & Pepper Squid, with the Somerset Camembert served with vegetable crudité and sourdough croutons a great comfort option as a table sharer.

For mains, there’s a standout Roasted Hake which pairs the perfectly cooked, delicate fish with a rich white wine cream sauce that’s one of the best we’ve tried. There’s also Slow-Braised Ox Cheek, a deliciously summery Rare-Seared Yellowfin Tuna Nicoise, and tender Lamb Hogget Chops with herb fregola that are every bit as good as their reputation. Even the simple sides are done incredibly at Coppa Club, with the humble Caesar Salad somehow becoming one of the most memorable parts of the meal.

The Bramley Apple & Cherry Crumble is the key reason why dessert shouldn’t be skipped here. The hearty, warming dish is packed with summer fruit flavours and served with cool vanilla ice cream, which works beautifully at any time of year. Tahini fans will love the Chocolate & Tahini Tart, and for those who want an indulgent end-of-meal kick, there’s a generous selection of sweet after-dinner drinks including the classic espresso martini and spirited hot beverages.

Coppa Club has joined the Summer of Spritz, shaking up classics and inventive seasonal variations including the Pear & Pomegranate Hugo Spritz, Limoncello & Lavender Spritz, and Grapefruit & Thyme Aperol Spritz. But the cocktail we could easily make a special trip to Coppa Club London Bridge for is the Hibiscus & Rose Delight, combining crisp Veuve Clicquot Champagne with floral Crossip Pure Hibiscus and sweet rose, then finishing with a garnish of Turkish Delight.

Coppa Club was created as a more accessible alternative to the traditional members’ club, with no membership fees and an open-to-all approach that has since grown into a collection of venues across the UK. The brand focuses on creating beautifully designed spaces in sought-after locations, with each venue offering its own character and sense of place. The London Bridge opening puts that philosophy in one of its most striking settings yet, with an Instagrammable space of comfort that truly makes the most of its enviable riverside location.

Coppa Club London Bridge is now open at 2 More London Place, London SE1 2JP. You can find out more about the new location, browse the menu, and book your table right here.
