Black Sheep Coffee is preparing for summer with the launch of a brand new Cold Foam range, available to order in stores from 13th May. The menu additions introduce a softer, creamier finish across coffees, matcha drinks, and custom orders, but also mark a significant first for the UK coffee market, with Black Sheep Coffee becoming the first major chain in the country to introduce a vegan cold foam option.
The cold foam innovation adds a lightly sweet vanilla finish to the already popular iced drinks, introducing texture, balance, and a refreshing customisation option that is specially designed to float above the beverages without dissolving immediately into them. This step is just the first for this add-on type that will continue evolving throughout the year – with further launches already planned for June.

Oatly Cold Foam Add-On: The fully vegan cold foam option made with Oatly, created to add a light, creamy finish across any iced menu item.
Vanilla Dairy Cold Foam Add-On: A richer dairy-based foam with soft vanilla notes, designed for customers looking to customise existing favourites.
While the foam options can be used to personalise any iced drink across the menu from 13th May onwards, here are the headline Cold Foam creations that will be landing:
Iced Americano with Vanilla Cold Foam: The iced Americano favourite finished with a smooth layer of vanilla cold foam, for a softer, creamier edge to the coffee’s darker notes.
Iced Latte with Vanilla Cold Foam: Espresso and milk poured over ice, topped with vanilla cold foam for an indulgent finish that adds extra texture and sweetness.
Iced Vanilla Matcha with Vanilla Cold Foam: Ceremonial-grade Japanese matcha combined with sugar-free vanilla notes and finished with cold foam for a layered, balanced drink simply made for the summer season.
