On Sunday 15th March 2026, guests dining in England and Wales can treat mum to a complimentary Aperol Spritz worth £9, while diners in Scotland can choose a free dessert from the menu — making it easy for families across the UK to celebrate with an Italian twist.
Free Aperol Spritz for Mother’s Day in England & Wales
Guests visiting Bella Italia restaurants across England and Wales can enjoy a complimentary Aperol Spritz when purchasing a main meal. To redeem the offer, diners simply need to sign up to Bella Italia’s newsletter to receive a unique promotional code, which must be shown to the server upon arrival.
For those who prefer a non-alcoholic option, a soft drink alternative will also be available, ensuring everyone at the table can raise a glass (or glass of fizz-free refreshment) to celebrate the day.
The initiative forms part of Bella Italia’s wider effort to create memorable dining experiences for families, couples, and groups celebrating special occasions throughout the year.

In Scotland, Bella Italia is offering a slightly different treat. Instead of a drink, the motherly figure at the table can enjoy a complimentary dessert from the restaurant’s dessert menu.
From indulgent Italian classics to lighter sweet options, the dessert offer provides a perfect finale to a Mother’s Day meal shared with loved ones.
£10 Return Voucher for Future Visits
As an added bonus, guests dining on Mother’s Day will also receive a £10 off voucher to use on a future visit.
The voucher can be redeemed from 16th March 2026 to 30th April 2026, excluding Bank Holidays on 5th and 6th April 2026. The offer is valid for dine-in customers only and cannot be used for delivery, click and collect, or takeaway orders.
The voucher can be used once per table and can be combined with the Kids Menu bundle, but it cannot be used alongside set menus, bottomless brunch offers, or any other promotions — including third-party vouchers such as Tesco Clubcard rewards.
Terms also state that the voucher has no cash value, items are subject to availability, and Bella Italia reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at its discretion. The promotion is not available at Center Parcs concession locations.
