BEATS 360 LAUNCHES AS BEATS’ FIRST CUSTOMISABLE OVER-EAR HEADPHONES!

Beats has unveiled its new flagship over-ear headphones, Beats 360, introducing interchangeable ear cushions and headband cushions for a more personalised listening experience.

Beats is taking its over-ear headphone range in a new direction with the launch of Beats 360, its latest flagship headphones designed to combine premium audio, comfort and customisation.

The new headphones are the first from Beats to feature interchangeable ear cushions and headband cushions, allowing users to switch colours and materials depending on their personal style, activity or mood.

Alongside the customisable design, Beats 360 features the company’s most advanced Active Noise Cancelling technology to date, an all-new acoustic platform, personalised spatial audio and up to 32 hours of battery life.

Beats 360 Brings Customisation To Over-Ear Headphones!

Beats 360 arrives in four core colours: Black, Cloud, Pink and Sky, with each model supplied with matching performance knit ear cup and headband cushions.

Additional Beats 360 Cushion Kits give owners even more ways to customise their headphones. Performance knit cushions are available in Black, Cloud, Pink, Sky, Navy and Volt, while UltraPlush cushions are available in Black and Cloud.

The Cushion Kits include both the ear cup and headband cushions, meaning users can change the look and feel of their headphones rather than having to stick with the configuration they bought.

For a limited time, customers in select markets including the UK can purchase Beats 360 Cushion Kits for an introductory £9.95, compared with the standard £49.95 price.

Flagship Sound With Enhanced Active Noise Cancelling!

At the heart of Beats 360 is an all-new acoustic architecture featuring custom-designed drivers developed specifically for the headphones.

Three-layer diaphragms and dual neodymium magnets in each driver are designed to deliver powerful bass, greater precision and low distortion across the tonal range.

Beats 360 also introduces the brand’s most advanced Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) system yet. According to Beats, the adaptive technology provides up to 1.75 times more total noise cancellation than Beats Studio Pro.

For situations where users need to hear what’s happening around them, Transparency mode allows external sounds to pass through.

The headphones also feature Adaptive EQ, which continuously adjusts acoustic frequencies based on the fit of the headphones to maintain a consistent listening experience.

Personalised Spatial Audio with dynamic head tracking and Dolby Atmos support are also included, with built-in motion sensors tracking head movement to create a more immersive experience across music, films and podcasts.

Designed For Commuting, Travel And Workouts!

Beats says the new headphones have been designed for use throughout the day, from commuting and working to travelling and exercising.

The headphones feature a redesigned balanced-fit architecture alongside premium cushions designed to provide comfort, stability and durability.

The standard performance knit cushions use plush memory foam wrapped in a breathable knit material. Beats says each diamond-knit strand consists of 36 micro-threads for additional durability, with the material designed with exercise and stability in mind.

For those looking for a more traditional premium finish, UltraPlush cushions use seamless engineered leather and are designed for extended all-day wear.

The ear cushions are also acoustically engineered to sit over the ears and create a seal designed to improve sound isolation.

Beats 360 Is Sweat And Water Resistant!

Beats 360 is also the company’s first over-ear headphone model to feature IPX4 sweat and water resistance.

The headphones have been engineered to handle exposure to moisture, rain and heat, making them suitable for everyday use and workouts.

A fold-flat design makes Beats 360 easier to transport, while a woven ripstop fabric case is included for carrying the headphones when travelling.

Apple And Android Connectivity!

Beats 360 has been designed to work across both Apple and Android devices.

The headphones use a custom Beats chip alongside Class 1 Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity.

Apple users get features including one-touch pairing, automatic switching between devices, audio sharing, always-on Hey Siri, FaceTime with Spatial Audio and Find My network support.

Android users can access features including Audio Switch, Fast Pair and Find Hub, providing integrated connectivity across compatible devices.

Controls are positioned on the back of the ear cups. The right ear cup includes a volume rocker and play/pause button, while the left features the power button and a dedicated listening mode button.

Nine digital MEMS microphones are built into the headphones, supporting Active Noise Cancelling and voice pickup. Beats says the microphone system is designed to improve call clarity by focusing on the user’s voice while reducing surrounding environmental noise.

Up To 32 hours of Battery Life!

Battery life is rated at up to 32 hours with Adaptive EQ when ANC and Transparency mode are switched off.

Beats also states that Beats 360 can provide up to 32 hours with ANC and personalised spatial audio enabled.

The USB-C charging system also supports Fast Fuel, with a five-minute charge providing up to one hour of playback.

Beats 360 Uses Recycled Materials!

Beats has also highlighted the environmental considerations behind the new headphones.

The company says Beats 360 uses 80% recycled plastic across multiple components, including the ear cups, speaker enclosure and internal components.

The headphones also use 100% recycled rare earth elements in their magnets, while the packaging is made from 100% plant-based material sourced from recycled fibre and/or sustainably managed forests.

According to Beats, the headphones contain the highest proportion of recycled plastic used in a Beats product to date.

Kendall Jenner Stars In The Beats 360 Campaign!

The launch is accompanied by a new campaign film starring supermodel Kendall Jenner, marking the official debut of Beats’ campaign for the new headphones.

The campaign puts the customisable design of Beats 360 at the centre of the product’s identity, highlighting the idea that users can adapt the headphones to their own style and routine.
