Mayfair will be taking a Parisian turn this September, as Bar Antoine will be welcoming acclaimed Parisian cocktail bar Le Syndicat for an exclusive one-night-only takeover. On Wednesday 30th September, the Le Syndicat team will join Bar Antoine behind the bar for a curated evening of French cocktails, bringing together three Le Syndicat signatures with three Bar Antoine favourites, all available for £14 each.
Le Syndicat will bring three serves from its new Sang Neuf menu, including the Meloné, which combines Hennessy VSOP with cantaloupe melon, Chardonnay, brown butter, and absinthe, alongside the floral En-Fleur and Champ & Noise, a combination of vodka, sesame and peach sorbet, Champagne lees, and Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial.
Bar Antoine will respond with its Cornichon Martini, made with olive oil-infused Belvedere vodka and the bar’s own cornichon extraction, the Dijon & Peach Margarita, and its Croissant Old Fashioned, combining croissant-infused Hennessy VSOP, SirDavis rye whisky, cocoa nib Campari, sweet vermouth, and chocolate bitters.
The guest shift is set to attract cocktail connoisseurs and fans of the French cocktail culture from across the city, in a night centred on inventive French spirits, unexpected flavour combinations, and contemporary interpretations of familiar ingredients, all curated by Le Syndicat Founder Romain Le Mouëllic, Bar Director Svaja, and Bartender Raf to London, alongside Bar Antoine Bar Manager Leon Gasco.
Bar Antoine is located within Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane, adjoining Chef Yannick Alléno’s Michelin-starred Pavyllon London. The Mayfair bar serves cocktails alongside elevated comfort food, with interiors by designer Chanan Minassian featuring mohair velvets and woven silks, and a discreet garden terrace for the warmer weather that provides outdoor seating for up to 30 guests.
Bar Antoine can be found at Hamilton Place, London, W1J 7DR. You can find out more about the bar, browse its full menu, and book your space right here.
