What Makes Buontalenti So Special?
Buontalenti is Badiani’s most famous and best-loved flavour, known for its ultra-creamy texture and rich yet simple recipe.
Made using just four ingredients — cream, milk, sugar, and eggs — it represents traditional Florentine craftsmanship and authentic Italian gelato-making at its finest.
The flavour was inspired by Bernardo Buontalenti, the 16th-century Florentine architect credited with creating one of the earliest versions of gelato.
A Taste of Florence in London
Founded in Florence in 1932, Badiani Gelato has built a global reputation for artisanal gelato and authentic Italian techniques.
The brand expanded to London in 2016 and has since become a go-to destination for premium gelato lovers across the city, with stores offering both classic and seasonal flavours.
Don’t Miss Free Gelato Across London
With free scoops, live tracking, and daily giveaways, the Buontalenti Bike is set to be one of London’s most exciting food pop-ups this May.
