The Wahaca Mexicana serves up a vibrant new plate designed to spotlight seasonal produce, bold flavour, and purpose-led dining – celebrating contemporary Mexican flavours with an atis twist.
The Wahaca Mexicana layers smoky Mojo chicken with Wahaca’s signature Mexican chopped salad, a base of baby spinach, pink slaw and spring onion with coriander. A chipotle lime dressing adds warmth and brightness, while crunchy Blanco Niño chipotle tortillas bring texture and depth, for a perfectly balanced plate of slow-built flavour, and nutrient-rich composition.
