Competitive Yu-Gi-Oh! players around the globe can now begin their journey towards the biggest stage in the game, as Konami has officially launched the Road to Worlds! 2026 Campaign in Yu-Gi-Oh! MASTER DUEL.
The campaign gives Duelists the opportunity to compete for a coveted spot at the Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship 2026 (WCS 2026) in Tokyo, Japan, where the world’s best teams will battle for international glory.
Players can also enjoy a host of in-game rewards, exclusive login bonuses and limited-time content celebrating the start of the competition.

How the Yu-Gi-Oh! MASTER DUEL World Championship Qualifiers Work
The Road to Worlds! competition will take place across two stages during June 2026.
Stage One Qualifiers
- 10 June – 22 June 2026 (CEST)
Players will compete to reach DLv.20, which grants progression to the next phase.
Regional Qualifiers
- 19 June – 22 June 2026 (CEST)
The highest-ranked Duelists from each region will earn qualification spots for the World Championship.
Number of Teams Qualifying Per Region
- Japan – 2 teams
- EMEA & ANZ – 1 team
- North America – 1 team
- Latin America – 1 team
- Asia – 1 team
Successful Duelists will then travel to Tokyo alongside two teammates to compete for the title of the world’s best Yu-Gi-Oh! MASTER DUEL team.
