St-Germain Hugo Spritz
Ingredients
- 40ml oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur
- 60ml Martini prosecco
- 60ml Soda water
- 8-10 mint leaves
- Lime wedge for garnish
- Mint sprig for garnish
Recipe
- Add ice into a wine glass.
- Pour in St-Germain and add approximately eight mint leaves.
- Top with sparkling wine and soda water.
- Stir the drink to combine all of the ingredients.
- Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wedge.
Grey Goose Strawberry & Lemongrass
Ingredients
- 50ml Grey Goose Essences Strawberry & Lemongrass
- 150ml Soda Water
- Fresh Strawberries
- Lemongrass
- Lemon Twist
Recipe
- Fill a chilled glass with cubed ice and add Grey Goose Essences Strawberry & Lemongrass.
- Top with soda water.
- Then simply garnish with lemongrass, fresh strawberry, and a lemon twist.
Bombay Sapphire Citron Pressé and Tonic
Ingredients
- 50ml (5cl) Bombay Citron Pressé
- 100ml (10cl) premium tonic water (preferably Fever-Tree)
- Lemon wedge squeezed and dropped in (garnish).
Recipe
- Build over cubed ice, stir. Garnish and serve.
Bacardi Caribbean Colada
Ingredients
- 50 ml Bacardí Caribbean Spiced
- 50 ml Pineapple juice
- 25 ml Coco real
- 5 ml Cinnamon syrup
- 2 Pineapple leaves
- Coconut shavings
- A sprinkle of cinnamon to garnish
Recipe
- Add the Bacardí Caribbean Spiced, Pineapple juice, Coco Real and Cinnamon Syrup into a shaker.
- Shake vigorously.
- Strain over crushed ice.
- Garnish with pineapple leaves, coconut shavings and a sprinkle of cinnamon, then serve.
Tails Rum Daiquiri
