What To Drink Now: Jubilee Cocktail Recipes

With the Queen’s Jubilee just around the corner, we have two delicious cocktail recipes to get you in the mood for all things British! Using Brothers Cider’s newest variant, Cherry Bakewell, these cocktails are perfect for street parties and picnics, and will make a lovely addition to however you’re celebrating the big day.

Cherry Bakewell Jubilee Fruit Punch

Ingredients:

Ice

150ml Pimms

60ml gin

500ml Brothers Cherry Bakewell

Lemonade to top

Fruit (including strawberries, peach slices, cherries and raspberries)

Mint garnish

 

Method

  1. Add ice to a jug
  2. Add the Pimms, gin and Brothers Cherry Bakewell, and lemonade to top
  3. Stir well
  4. Add the fruit to the jug, stir and pour
  5. Add mint garnish and enjoy!

 

Cherry Bakewell Jubilee Eton Mess

Ingredients:

250g strawberries

125g raspberries

200g cherries

125ml Brothers Cherry Bakewell

Meringues

300ml double cream

1 tbsp icing sugar

Flaked almonds

 

Method

  1. Add 1/3 of the fruit and 50ml of Brothers Cherry Bakewell to a blender, blend well
  2. Mix with the remainder of the fruit in a bowl and set aside
  3. Crush the meringues and add to a bowl with the double cream, icing sugar and 75ml Brothers Cherry Bakewell
  4. Whisk until the mixture thickens
  5. Later the meringue, fruit and cream in a jar and repeat until full
  6. Top with flaked almonds
  7. Serve and enjoy!
