40ml Cazcabel Coffee Tequila | 10ml White Chocolate Liqueur | 50ml Double Cream | Pinch of Sea Salt
Garnish: Grated Nutmeg and Melted Chocolate Rim
Store your Nic & Nora glass in the freezer so that it is freezing cold. To create the chocolate rim, melt milk or dark chocolate in a heat resistant bowl over boiling water. Dip the rim of the frozen glass into the melted chocolate. Hold the glass straight and rotate to coat the glass and allow the chocolate to run down the edges.
Shake all the cocktail ingredients together with cubed ice and double strain into the frozen Nic and Nora glass. Garnish with grated nutmeg.
