This delightful punch is as pretty as it is delicious. Let this be your showstopper when you gather friends for an afternoon tea of cake and cocktails.

Ingredients:

  • 200ml Bathtub Gin
  • 150ml raspberry cordial
  • 150ml freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 3-4 lemons)
  • 100ml agave syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
  • 500ml sparkling water or soda water, chilled
  • Fresh raspberries for garnish
  • Lemon slices for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. In a punch bowl or jug, combine the Bathtub Gin, raspberry cordial, agave syrup, and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Stir well to ensure all ingredients are fully mixed.
  2. Chill the punch in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the flavours to meld together.

 

The Winemakers Gin Punch Serves 6-8

An elegant serve for when you want to impress. Not just for martinis, white vermouth adds a delicate herbal and floral complexity to this delectable punch.

Ingredients:

  • 200ml Bathtub Gin Persian Lime & Orange Blossom
  • 100ml white vermouth
  • 500ml Prosecco, chilled
  • 150ml freshly squeezed lime juice (about 5-6 limes)
  • 100ml agave syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 500ml soda water or sparkling water, chilled
  • Thin slices of lime, for garnish
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
  • Frozen grapes (freeze night before)

Instructions:

  1. In a punch bowl or jug, combine the Bathtub Gin, white vermouth, freshly squeezed lime juice, and agave syrup. Stir well to ensure all ingredients are fully mixed.
  2. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the flavours to meld together.
  3. When ready to serve, add the frozen grapes in lieu of ice cubes and slowly pour in the chilled prosecco and soda water, stirring gently to combine. Garnish with lime slices and mint.

 

Sorrento Sunset Punch Serves 6-8

When you need a sunny holiday fix, make this Italian inspired punch. Citrusy and herbal, bitter and sweet – it’s the perfect sundowner.

Ingredients:

  • 200ml Bathtub Gin Grapefruit & Rosemary
  • 100ml Luxardo Bitter Bianco
  • 500ml freshly squeezed grapefruit juice (about 3-4 large grapefruits)
  • 60ml freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
  • 60ml agave syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 500ml sparkling water or soda water, chilled
  • Grapefruit slices, for garnish
  • Rosemary sprigs, for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. In a large punch bowl or jug, combine the Bathtub Gin, Luxardo Bitter Bianco, freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and agave syrup. Stir well to ensure all ingredients are fully mixed.
  2. Chill the punch in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours to allow the flavours to meld together.
  3. Just before serving, add ice cubes to the punch bowl to keep the mixture cold. Top off the punch with chilled sparkling water or soda water, stirring gently to combine.
  4. Garnish the punch with thin slices of grapefruit and sprigs of fresh rosemary.

 

Orchard Garden Punch Serves 6-8

An English garden in the summer, with the dappled sun keeping you warm whilst you sip a delicious cocktail with a cake or two. Is there anything more delightful?

Ingredients:

  • 200ml Bathtub Gin
  • 100ml elderflower cordial
  • 500ml cloudy apple juice, chilled
  • 100ml freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 2-3 lemons)
  • 60ml agave syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 500ml sparkling water or soda water, chilled
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
  • Thin slices of apple, for garnish
  • Lemon slices, for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. In a large punch bowl or jug, combine the Bathtub Gin, elderflower cordial, apple juice, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and agave syrup. Stir well to ensure all ingredients are fully mixed.
  2. Chill the punch in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours to allow the flavours to meld together.
  3. Just before serving, add ice cubes to the punch bowl to keep the mixture cold. Top off the punch with chilled sparkling water or soda water, stirring gently to combine.
  4. Garnish the punch with fresh mint leaves, thin slices of apple, and lemon slices.

 

Count Negroni’s Punch Serves 6-8

What’s better than a Negroni? A bigger Negroni lengthened with Blood Orange Soda and kept cool with a retro ice ring. The only way to elevate your next pizza party!

Ingredients:

  • 200ml Bathtub Gin
  • 100ml Campari
  • 100ml sweet vermouth
  • 500ml blood orange soda, chilled
  • Clementines, sliced
  • Bundt cake tin

Instructions:

  1. To make your retro ice ring, slice a few clementines and add to your bundt pan. Fill with water and freeze overnight.
  2. In a large punch bowl or jug, combine the Bathtub Gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth. Stir well to ensure all ingredients are fully mixed and chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours to allow the flavours to meld together.
  3. Just before serving, add your ice ring to the punch bowl to keep the mixture cold. Top off the punch with chilled blood orange soda, stirring gently to combine.
