London’s immersive dining scene is about to get a theatrical new addition with the launch of Ristorante Frescobaldi and its brand-new experience, Vocalé Mayfair.
Opening on 16 May 2026 in the heart of Mayfair, the concept blends live music, audience participation and Italian dining into one interactive night out where the performers are already in the room — serving your dinner.
Guests arriving for an evening at Vocalé Mayfair may think they are simply heading to a luxury restaurant, but throughout the night chefs, waiters and hosts begin breaking into live performances, transforming the entire venue into an energetic musical spectacle.
A New Interactive Dining Experience Comes To London
Unlike traditional dinner shows, Vocalé Mayfair removes the divide between audience and performer. There is no fixed stage, with singers and musicians moving throughout the restaurant as guests become part of the performance.
Backed by a live band and professional vocalists, the experience evolves over the course of the evening, encouraging diners to sing, clap and dance along.
Founder Çağlar Kural said the concept was designed to create a shared atmosphere rather than a passive theatre experience.
“It starts as dinner, but very quickly becomes something else entirely. By the end, the whole room is singing together.”
The soundtrack will feature singalong classics, musical theatre favourites and party anthems, all performed live alongside immersive audience interaction.
Two Distinct Vocalé Mayfair Experiences
Vocalé Mayfair will run every weekend with separate brunch and evening events.
Vocalé Mayfair Brunch
Taking place every Saturday and Sunday from 1pm, the brunch experience offers a more family-friendly atmosphere with interactive performances and crowd-pleasing music suitable for all ages.
Prices start at £60 for adults and £38 for children, including a three-course menu with tea or coffee. Kid-friendly dishes include pizza, pasta and roasted chicken.
Vocalé Mayfair: The Party
The evening edition launches every Saturday from 8pm and leans into a more high-energy late-night atmosphere complete with full-room singalongs and live party performances.
The £95 dining experience includes a four-course menu featuring dishes such as:
- Aubergine Parmigiana
- Courgette Arancini
- Braised Beef Cheek
- Rigatoni with Black Truffle
- Pistachio Tiramisu
There will also be bar seating available for guests who want to enjoy the live entertainment without booking the full dinner experience.
Inside Ristorante Frescobaldi
The immersive show takes place inside Ristorante Frescobaldi, one of Mayfair’s best-known Italian restaurants, known for its Tuscan-inspired menu and elegant interiors.
Combining luxury dining with West End-style live entertainment, Vocalé Mayfair aims to introduce a completely new format to London’s hospitality scene.
