Get ready to veg out! Shake Shack is proud to welcome back its 100% vegan Crispy Shallot menu. From 5 January until 12 March, vegan Crispy Shallot Fries will be available alongside Shake Shack’s vegan Crispy Shallot Burger.
Better still, Shack fans can swap out any beef patty on the core menu with the vegan patty and make any burger “veggie”.

Crispy Shallot Burger
A bespoke vegan patty by chef Neil Rankin with smoky vegan cheddar, beer-marinated crispy shallots, lettuce, and Dijonnaise sauce on a toasted potato bun. The vegan patty is made from roasted mushrooms and onion, miso, bulgur wheat and a blend of spices.
